All appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We understand that schedules change. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will work to make it right.

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must provide consent for services.
