1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Serenity Beauty Salon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Appointments are subject to availability
• A valid phone number and email are required for booking
• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• No-shows may be charged 50% of the service cost
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Package deals are non-refundable
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will work to make it right.

6. Health and Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff:

• Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful
• Clients with contagious conditions will be rescheduled
• We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols

7. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Serenity Beauty Salon is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to products (when allergies were not disclosed)
• Results that do not meet expectations due to hair/skin condition
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

9. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs of our work for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your images used, please inform us.

10. Minors

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must provide consent for services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
